This Privacy Policy explains how Delphi LLC, doing business as Pythia Astrology (“Delphi,” “we,” “us,” or

“our”), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://www.pythiaastrology.com

(the “Site”) or purchase our digital astrology reports or one-on-one consultation services (the “Services”).

By using the Site or purchasing Services, you acknowledge this Policy. Read it together with our Terms and

Conditions, Refund Policy, and Fulfillment Policy. This document is provided for operational transparency and is not

legal advice.

Delphi LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. The Site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com and its

subprocessors act as service providers for hosting, forms, checkout, and related site functions.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, and any messaging handle you give us

(including WhatsApp or Telegram).

• Astrology intake data: date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and any personal, relational, or career context

you submit so we can calculate a chart and prepare a reading.

• Order and booking data: product selected, questions for a report or session, preferred session time, and

correspondence about your order.

• Payment-related data: we do not store full payment-card numbers. Our payment processor (including Wix

Payments) receives card details. We may receive payment confirmation, last four digits, card brand, billing name,

amount, and status.

• Messages: content you send by email, Site forms, WhatsApp, or Telegram in connection with a consultation or

order.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and date and time of

visits.

• Cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 8.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

• prepare and email digital PDF reports within the timeframe in our Fulfillment Policy;

• schedule and deliver one-on-one consultations by WhatsApp or Telegram;

• calculate astrological charts from the birth data you submit;

• process payment, send receipts, and handle cancellations and support;

• operate, secure, and improve the Site;

• comply with law, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms, Refund Policy, and Fulfillment Policy; and

• send service messages about your order or appointment. We do not send promotional email unless you opt in.

4. Astrology Intake Data

Birth date, time, and place, and any narrative you share for a reading, are used only to perform the Service you

purchase. We treat this information as confidential. We do not sell it, do not publish identifiable client charts or

stories without your written permission, and do not use it to train public AI models for unrelated purposes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of birth data. An incorrect time or place can change the chart. We are not

responsible for a reading prepared from data you provided in error, except that we may correct an obvious clerical

error if you notify us before the report is delivered.

5. WhatsApp and Telegram

One-on-one consultations are delivered through WhatsApp or Telegram, at the channel confirmed when you book.

Those platforms are independent companies. Messages you send there are also processed under their privacy policies

and terms. We use your number or username only to deliver the booked session and related scheduling messages.

Please do not send payment-card numbers through chat.

6. Legal Bases

Where a legal basis is required (including the EEA and United Kingdom), we rely on: (a) performance of a contract

— to deliver the report or session you purchased; (b) legitimate interests — to run a secure Site, prevent fraud, and

improve the Services; (c) consent — where required for non-essential cookies or optional marketing; and (d) legal

obligation — tax, accounting, and legal claims.

7. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to operate:

• Service providers: Wix.com and its subprocessors; Wix Payments and other payment processors; email

delivery tools; and WhatsApp or Telegram as the channel you chose for a session.

• Professional advisors: accountant or attorney under confidentiality, if required.

• Legal and safety: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

• Business transfer: if Delphi LLC is involved in a merger, sale, or financing, information may transfer subject

to confidentiality.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever

changes, we will update this Policy and provide any opt-out required by law, including the CCPA/CPRA.

8. Cookies

Essential cookies are used for security, sessions, checkout, and storing cookie preferences. Non-essential cookies

(analytics or marketing) run only if you accept them through our cookie banner. The banner is a consent tool. It does

not replace this Privacy Policy. You may also control cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may break

checkout or booking.

9. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where

our providers operate, including facilities used by Wix.com, payment processors, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Those

countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms used by

those providers.

10. Retention

• Order, payment, and tax records: kept for the period required by tax and accounting rules.

• Intake data and delivered reports: kept as needed to complete the Service, handle support or disputes, and

maintain a professional client file. You may request deletion as described below, subject to legal exceptions.

• Consultation messages: kept for a reasonable period to support follow-up about that session, then deleted or

reduced to a minimal booking record.

• Server logs and cookie data: kept for a short operational period unless needed for security.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information, including reputable hosting

and payment providers. No transmission is completely secure. Use a unique password if you create a Site account,

and send birth data only through the Site, our official email, or the chat channel we confirm for your booking.

12. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law (including, where relevant, GDPR, UK GDPR, and U.S. state laws such as the

CCPA/CPRA), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You

will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.

Email hello@pythiaastrology.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” your name, and the email used to order. We

will respond within the time required by law. EEA or UK residents may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory

authority. We encourage you to contact us first.

13. Children

The Site and Services are for individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children

under 13 or sell Services to minors. A parent or guardian may purchase a reading about a minor only if they provide

their own contact and payment information and represent that they have authority to share that birth data. If you

believe we collected a child’s information in violation of this Policy, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Third-Party Sites

The Site may link to third-party tools. Their practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for

those sites.

15. Changes

We may update this Policy and will change the “Last Updated” date when we do. Material changes will be posted on

this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance except where law requires additional notice or

consent.
