Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases from Delphi LLC (DBA Pythia Astrology) through

https://www.pythiaastrology.com. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By completing a purchase, you agree to

this Policy.

1. Summary

​

• Digital PDF reports: delivered by email. Once the report has been sent to the email address on your order, the

sale is final and no refund will be issued.

• One-on-one consultations: refundable if you cancel more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled

start time. Cancellations, changes, lateness, or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not

refundable.

2. Digital PDF Reports

​

2.1 When delivery occurs

A digital report is delivered when Delphi transmits the PDF or a download link to the email address you provided at

checkout or in later correspondence. Delivery does not depend on whether you immediately open the file.

2.2 No refund after delivery

Because a digital report can be copied as soon as it is sent, all sales of PDF report products are final upon

delivery. We do not refund for change of mind, disagreement with interpretive content, dissatisfaction with tone or

conclusions, or a later decision that astrology is not for you.

2.3 Before delivery

If you email hello@pythiaastrology.com to cancel before the report has been delivered, we will refund the purchase

price of that undelivered report, minus any non-recoverable processing fees, if substantial work has not begun. If

preparation has already substantially begun, we may refuse cancellation or offer a partial courtesy credit at our sole

discretion.

2.4 Delivery problems

If you did not receive the file, check spam, junk, and promotions folders, then email us from the address used to

order within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery window. If transmission failed because of an error on our

side, we will resend at no charge. A resend is the exclusive remedy unless we cannot deliver the product at all, in

which case we will refund the amount paid for that product.

If you provided an incorrect email address and the report was sent there, we will make a reasonable attempt to resend

to a corrected address if you notify us promptly. That does not, by itself, create a refund right after the original

delivery.

2.5 Errors in birth data

You are responsible for the accuracy of birth date, time, and place. We are not required to refund a delivered report

because the underlying data was wrong. If you notice a clerical error before delivery, email us and we will correct the

intake. After delivery, a replacement file — if offered — is a courtesy and may require an additional fee.

3. One-on-One Consultations

​

Consultations are fulfilled as live sessions on WhatsApp or Telegram at the confirmed time.

​

3.1 More than 24 hours before the session

If you email hello@pythiaastrology.com to cancel more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time

(using the time zone on your booking confirmation), you may choose a full refund of the session fee actually paid, or

one reschedule to a mutually agreed time, subject to availability.

​

3.2 Within 24 hours — no refund

If you cancel, request a reschedule, arrive too late to use the session, or fail to attend at any time within

twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time, the session fee is non-refundable. This includes

last-minute changes of plans, time-zone mistakes, and problems with your device, internet, WhatsApp, or Telegram

account on your side.

We may, solely as a courtesy and without creating an obligation, offer a single reschedule or partial credit in

extraordinary circumstances documented in writing. Courtesy exceptions are not a right.

3.3 No-shows and lateness

• No-show: if you do not join the WhatsApp or Telegram session and do not notify us before the scheduled start,

the full fee is forfeited.

• Lateness: we will hold the session for a grace period of up to ten (10) minutes. After that, we may treat the

booking as a no-show. If the session proceeds late, it still ends at the original end time; unused minutes are not

refunded.

3.4 If Delphi cancels

If we cancel a confirmed session, or if we are more than ten (10) minutes late without prior notice, you may choose a

full refund of that session fee or a reschedule at no additional charge. That is your exclusive remedy for a session we

cannot perform as booked.

3.5 Technical issues

If the session cannot reasonably continue because of a failure on our side, we will reschedule at no charge or refund

the session fee, at your choice. Failures on your side (device, app login, local internet, or your WhatsApp or

Telegram account) do not create a refund right inside the 24-hour window.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

​

Email hello@pythiaastrology.com with:

• subject line “Refund request” or “Cancellation request”;

• the name and email used to order;

• order number or payment date, if you have it;

• the product name, or the scheduled session date and time; and

• the reason for the request.

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method when the processor allows it. Banks may take several

business days after we approve the refund. We will confirm by email when a refund has been initiated.

5. Chargebacks

​

Please contact us before filing a card dispute. If you initiate a chargeback after a PDF has been delivered, or after a

consultation has been rendered or forfeited under Section 3, we may contest the chargeback with evidence of

delivery, booking confirmation, and this Policy. Unjustified chargebacks may result in refusal of future Service.

6. Promotions, Gifts, and Bundles

​

Unless an offer states otherwise in writing, discounts do not change this Policy. Gift purchases are refundable only to

the original purchaser and only if the applicable product has not been delivered (reports) or the 24-hour rule has not

been triggered (consultations). If a bundle includes both a report and a session, each component follows its own rule.

7. Consumer Laws

​

If mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction gives you non-waivable rights that conflict with this

Policy, those rights control to the extent required. By purchasing a PDF report, you request immediate digital

performance and acknowledge that you lose any withdrawal right once the report is delivered.

​

8. Changes

​

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version on the Site. The Policy in effect on the date of your purchase

applies to that purchase.
