These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Delphi LLC, a Wyoming

limited liability company doing business as Pythia Astrology (“Delphi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your

use of https://www.pythiaastrology.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of digital PDF astrology reports and one-on-one

consultation services (the “Services”).

By accessing the Site, submitting an order, or paying for any Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy,

Refund Policy, and Fulfillment Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By ordering, you represent that your

information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

3. Services

• Digital PDF reports: written astrological interpretations delivered by email to the address on your order,

generally within one (1) to seven (7) days after we have both cleared payment and received complete intake

information, as described in the Fulfillment Policy.

• One-on-one consultations: live remote sessions delivered through WhatsApp or Telegram at the time

confirmed when you book.

Prices are stated in United States dollars at checkout. We may change packages, prices, or availability at any time.

The description and price displayed when you pay control that order.

4. Nature of Astrology Services — Please Read Carefully

Astrology as offered by Delphi is symbolic interpretation, personal reflection, and entertainment. Reports and

consultations are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice,

and they are not a substitute for licensed care. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of a

reading.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, event, relationship result, career result, or timing. Interpretations are

subjective. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and agree not to rely on the Services as the sole basis

for any medical, legal, financial, safety, or other significant decision.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate birth date, time, and place, and a working email address.

• Keep a copy of any report we send you.

• Join the WhatsApp or Telegram session on time using the number or username you provided.

• Use the Site and Services lawfully and respectfully.

• Do not share, resell, publish, or commercially exploit a report or session content except for your personal use.

6. Orders and Payment

You authorize Delphi and its payment processor, including Wix Payments, to charge the payment method you

submit. An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order if payment fails, if we detect fraud or

abuse, if intake data is unusable, or if we cannot reasonably perform. If we cancel before fulfillment for reasons

within our control, we will refund the amount paid for that cancelled item.

7. Digital PDF Reports

Delivery is complete when we transmit the PDF or a download link to the email address on your order. Check spam

and promotions folders. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for

private purposes. Delphi retains all intellectual property in the report, templates, wording, and methods. Because a

digital file can be copied immediately, completed delivery is final under the Refund Policy.

8. One-on-One Consultations

A consultation is confirmed after payment clears and we accept the booking. The session is delivered on WhatsApp

or Telegram, as confirmed with you. Session length is the time stated at checkout unless we agree otherwise in

writing.

8.1 Cancellation

You may cancel or request a reschedule more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start time, subject to

the Refund Policy. Cancellations, reschedule requests, lateness, or no-shows within twenty-four (24) hours of

the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.

8.2 Lateness and no-show

If you are late, the session still ends at the original end time. Unused time is not refunded. If you do not attend and do

not notify us before the scheduled start, the session is a no-show and is forfeited without refund.

8.3 If we cancel

If Delphi cancels a confirmed session, you may choose a full refund of that session fee or a reschedule at a mutually

agreed time.

8.4 Recordings

We do not record a session unless we tell you in advance and you agree. Any agreed recording is for your personal

use only.

9. Refunds and Fulfillment

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Delivery timing and method are governed by our Fulfillment Policy.

Both are incorporated into these Terms. If promotional language on a sales page conflicts with those policies, the

policies control.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site, Pythia Astrology name and logo, text, graphics, templates, and all other content are owned by Delphi LLC

or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from Site content except for the

limited personal license granted for a report you purchased.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose;

• harass or abuse Delphi personnel;

• submit another person’s information unless you have authority to do so;

• attempt to scrape, overload, or bypass security or payment measures; or

• misrepresent a reading as licensed professional advice.

We may refuse service, cancel an order, or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.

12. Testimonials

If you submit a review, you grant Delphi a non-exclusive right to display it on the Site or in our marketing, with or

without your first name, unless you ask us in writing not to use it.

13. Third-Party Tools

The Site uses Wix, Wix Payments, and messaging applications (WhatsApp, Telegram). Those providers have their

own terms. We are not responsible for outages or account issues on third-party platforms beyond our reasonable

control.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM

EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELPHI LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,

INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND

NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A READING WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT

ANY INTERPRETATION WILL MATCH YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELPHI LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND

CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,

CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR

OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL

NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DELPHI LLC FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SESSION

GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions

do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delphi LLC and its members, officers, and contractors from claims,

damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or

your provision of another person’s information without authority.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except

where applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to sue in your home jurisdiction, exclusive venue for

permitted court actions is the state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Before filing a claim, email hello@pythiaastrology.com and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution. Either

party may seek urgent injunctive relief for intellectual-property or confidentiality harm.

18. Changes and Miscellaneous

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised date. The version in effect when you place an

order governs that order. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy

Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Fulfillment Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Site and Services.

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
